How to Prepare for Your Pedicure Appointment at Lee Spa Nails
Heading to your pedicure appointment should feel like the start of relaxation, not a scramble. A little preparation goes a long way toward a smoother visit and longer-lasting results. Here's how to get ready.
Before you arrive
- Don't remove old polish. We'll handle it—and it's easier on your nails when we do.
- Skip shaving right before. Shaving can cause tiny nicks; many clients shave the day before instead.
- Hydrate. Drink water and moisturize your feet in the days leading up to your visit.
- Pick your polish. Have a shade or two in mind, or browse our selection when you arrive.
What to wear
- Loose, comfortable pants that roll up easily above the knee.
- Open-toed shoes or sandals, especially if you're getting regular polish.
- Layers. Salons are climate-controlled, but you may want a light sweater during the soak.
What to bring
- Reference photos if you want a particular color or nail art.
- Your preferred technician's name, if you have a favorite.
- Questions about foot care—we're happy to share advice.
Arriving at the salon
Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in, settle in, and enjoy a complimentary beverage. Parking at Lakeside Village Town Center is free and right out front.
During your pedicure
- Tell your technician about any sensitivities, allergies, or health conditions.
- Mention if you're pregnant so we can adjust pressure and positioning.
- Share your pressure preference—gentle, firm, or somewhere in between.
After your pedicure
For regular polish, give your toes plenty of dry time and wear open shoes home. For gel, you're set immediately. Either way, moisturize daily and rebook before you leave to keep your routine on track.
